Loclife Shipping and Return Policy

Once dispatched, expect to receive your package within 3-5 business days through the USPS (Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days).

International orders may take 10 business days to arrive. 

We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as unplanned delays may occur.

If your order has already shipped and you contact us with an address change, you are responsible for any additional shipment charges. 

Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded. 

Dissatisfaction with a product must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery. A store credit or credit to your account will be issued based on your preference.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
